About
The High Performance Compute (HPC) IT team maintains, extends and supports the scientific compute systems at the Berlin Institute of Health. The prime service offered by HPC-IT is the BIH cluster which was designed and optimized for processing human sequence data (WGS) for translational research. The system is currently used by 70+ groups and 400+ users mostly for various bionformatics data analysis but also for simulation, image analysis and machine learning.
BIH-Cluster Access
Independent group leaders from the following organizations can request access to the BIH cluster:
- Berlin Institute of Health (BIH)
- Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin
- Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC)
